Free Webinar brought to you by Hill’s Pet Nutrition, Canada

Speaker
Dr. Brook Niemiec

Who is it for?
Veterinarians
Start Date
August 22, 2019

Summary

AAHA and WSAVA have both recently released dental guidelines detailing proper care of dental patients. This lecture will initiate with a discussion of the similarities of the documents, especially in how it relates to North America, Western Europe, Australia, and many other countries. However, internationally, the standards are significantly different, which is where the WSAVA guidelines excel. Further, there are areas within the so-called “developed” countries that do not have the same socioeconomic levels of the major cities. The second half of the lecture will compare and contrast these differences and allow practices to “self identify” their area and needs.
