Australia Bushfire Wildlife Relief Working Bee

What an evening! Over 50 volunteers from across Townsville, supporting the Vet Education/Let’s Walk Townsville working bee – making pouches and nests for orphaned wildlife who are victims of Australia’s bushfires. Here are the stats! 100 animal pouches; 100 inner lining pouches; 10 crochet nests, and 10 bat wraps; from over 50 volunteers, 15 sewing machines; 20 cutters, 7 people on fabric ironing, and 12 people on crochet work! Huge shout-out to JCU Vet for donating their clinic space for the cause!
